Molecules Oscillations

Here are simulations, demonstration vibrational modes of four types of molecules: ammonia (NH₃), carbon dioxide (CO₂), water (H₂O) and formaldehyde(COH₂).

Choose vibrational mode from the list of frequencies onder on scale, set the amplitude by the slider on the right down corner, press run to see the oscillations. Corners of coordinate system rotation can be changed by sliders in top right.

(AS1, FlaCon library, the engine for 3- and more- dimentional polyhedra. All simulations are using the same source code, the molecule structure and vibrational mode are given in compile time loaded files)
